This position is for temporary engagement through our staffing partner, DZConnex. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position. Ability to work hybrid from our Santa Monica, CA based studio is required. For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I and Part II are now available for the first time on PC. What you'll do: Ability to Create high quality content concept art for environments and props, including lighting keys, color scripts, screenshot draw-overs, bluesky ideation, line art, story boarding and graphic design Highly motivated and proactive with a CAN DO approach Demonstrate a broad range of drawing and design abilities that are aligned to the style of the project Collaborate with art leads to address art dependencies Follow art direction consistently and implement feedback accurately What skills you'll use: 5+ years of relevant concept art experience A portfolio demonstrating proficiency drawing upon foundational art skills (drawing, painting and rendering, material indication, perspective, composition, color theory, design, lighting, and 2d and 3d design techniques) Clearly demonstrates outstanding ability in the areas of artistic and stylistic versatility Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with a variety of applications, including Photoshop and Blender Delivers work on time #LI-AB Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about how we process your personal information, and your data protection rights.
