Job Title Environment, Health and Safety Officer - Manufacturing Job Description Job Location - Chakan MIDC , Pune As an Environment, Health and Safety Officer, you will support safe and compliant factory operations by driving daily EHS activities, performing inspections and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to a strong safety culture across the site Your role: Conduct safety inspections, surveys, internal audits, Gemba walks, and risk assessments. Support ISO 45001:2018 implementation, documentation, and EHS compliance recordkeeping. Manage contractor and visitor safety processes, including Work Permits. Deliver EHS trainings and support incident/accident investigations and root‑cause analysis. Maintain and update EHS software systems (Benchmark Gensuite, Wercs, Credit 360, Enhesa, Legatrix, ARIS, etc.). Identify process improvements and initiate change requests to strengthen EHS performance. Coordinate site Safety & Sustainability KPIs with cross‑functional teams. You're the right fit if you have : You have 3–5 years of EHS experience in a Manufacturing/Factory environment, including experience in contractor safety management. You hold an Engineering degree + ADIS (MSBTE) ISO 14001/45001 Lead or Internal Auditor certification is required. NEBOSH certification is an advantage. You have strong skills in risk assessment, inspections, problem solving, communication, and documentation. Ability to read/speak Marathi is required.
