Environment, Health & Safety OfficerMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and programs.Identifying and evaluating potential workplace hazards and risks.Providing comprehensive training to employees on EHS procedures and safety protocols.Conducting routine audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance.Investigating accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Working with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to promote a safe and healthy work environment.Maintaining accurate records of EHS activities, audits, inspections, and training.Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures.Staying up-to-date with changes in EHS regulations and standards and implementing best practices.Participate in Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) activities and provide data that are related.JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.Registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH)Green Book holder.2-3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.Familiarity with industry-specific EHS requirements and best practices.Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.Experience in ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed
