About the Role With our expanding client base and increasing workloads across Australia, Fyfe are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and capable Consultant with ambition to lead and grow a team under the framework of a national consultancy. This dynamic position demands proven ability in client networking, business development and people management complemented by a strong technical background in the environmental industry. This influential role will see you nurture client relationships through project delivery and service excellence, whilst actively pursuing new opportunities. Your direct responsibilities will extend across contaminated land and environmental management/ecological services. You will be responsible for managing and growing a team of professionals as well as financial outcomes, with the support of the National Environment Manager. We have opportunities available in both Sydney as well as Perth. Requirements Degree qualifications in relevant Engineering or Science fields essential 10 years or more experience working in a consultancy Team orientated with experience in leading and developing a team Proven ability to manage and grow long-term client base Ability to manage and achieve financial outcomes A strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality work Culture: Fyfe values our clients and our people and has a culture built on respect, integrity and the delivery of value.
