AFS Energy is growing, and so is our Account Management team! We are looking for an Environmental Commodities Sales Account Manager at AFS Energy. This within a young, dynamic and fast-growing team located on the former trading floor of Euronext Amsterdam.

What will you be doing as an Environmental Commodities Sales Account Manager?

  • Conduct environmental commodity market research where you will be researching and analyzing market trends, policies and regulations, potential clients, and competitors to help inform business decisions.
  • Establish target client lists and build connections with prospects.
  • Support your clients with issuance, transfer and cancellation of certificates and manage their accounts in relevant registries, including annual verification by an independent auditor.
  • Advise and drive trades where you are responsible for execution on behalf of clients, following established trading protocols and procedures.
  • Creating analyses and presentations to update your clients and stakeholders with market trends, trading strategies and other relevant information.
  • Develop and grow strategies to improve performance, boost client satisfaction and to meet your own sales targets.
  • Maintain existing relationships and create and build your own portfolio with new clients and stakeholders.
  • Increase market presence via attendance of relevant conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • Prepare and present collateral for client education and market updates.
  • Collaborate, learn, enjoy and work together with other teams.
