Resilient Oilfield Services is a growing oilfield service and construction company dedicated to safe, compliant, and reliable operations across Texas and New Mexico. We are expanding our Environmental & Remediation Division to strengthen our spill response and closure capabilities.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance & Remediation Manager to lead our environmental response and remediation projects. This role will oversee reportable spill management, regulatory compliance, and closure activities with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) and the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division (OCD). The manager will also be the primary customer and regulatory contact, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental remediation, spill response, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Texas RRC and New Mexico OCD regulations.
  • Experience managing contractors, field crews, and remediation projects.
  • HAZWOPER 40-hour certification (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; GIS mapping or environmental software a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all spill response and remediation projects in Texas and New Mexico.
  • Ensure compliance with RRC Statewide Rules 8, 20, 91, and OCD’s remediation requirements.
  • Prepare and submit spill notifications, corrective action plans, and closure reports.
  • Manage soil and groundwater sampling programs, lab analysis, and documentation.
  • Oversee excavation, hauling, and disposal of impacted material in compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement site-specific HSE plans for remediation projects.
  • Interface with clients, regulators, and internal teams to provide updates and professional reporting.
  • Train and mentor field staff in spill response, sampling protocols, and documentation.
  • Maintain project budgets, timelines, and cost estimates for customers.
