ABOUT THE ROLE:

ENV Solutions is seeking an Environmental Consultant—mid-level or an ambitious junior ready to step up—to join our growing Newcastle office. In this role, you will deliver environmental consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various industries, gaining hands-on experience and developing specialised expertise in Contaminated Land or Occupational Hygiene. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Planning and delivering field programs (e.g. soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, air monitoring, asbestos survey, hazardous materials survey) under the guidance of seniors and principals
  • Delivering projects including tracking project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful completion
  • Preparing high-quality technical reports and presentations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions
  • Contributing to the preparation of proposals and tenders for new opportunities
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and serving as a point of contact for assigned tasks
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest environmental regulations, policies and industry trends
  • Learning from and supporting more experienced staff, gaining expertise in contaminated land or occupational hygiene practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of ENV Solutions’ offerings and processes
