Job Description Technical & Consultancy Prepare and contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), ESIA, screening, scoping, and baseline environmental studies. Support environmental assessments related to air quality, noise, soil, groundwater, waste, and ecological aspects. Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations (e.g. KSA / NCEC) and applicable international standards . Assist in identifying mitigation measures and environmental management plans (EMP/ESMP). Draft technical reports, non-technical summaries, and regulatory submission documents. Project Support & Coordination Support EIA projects from initiation through authority submission and approval. Coordinate with internal TIC teams (monitoring, laboratory testing, inspection). Interface with clients, regulators, and subcontractors under senior consultant supervision. Contribute to proposals, technical inputs, and cost estimates. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in EIA / ESIA consultancy or environmental consulting. Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, energy, or urban development projects is preferred. Experience supporting regulatory submissions and authority coordination. Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of EIA regulations, permitting processes, and environmental standards. Familiarity with environmental monitoring and laboratory testing interfaces within TIC activities. Awareness of IFC Performance Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, and ISO-based systems is a plus. Additional Information Good verbal and written Arabic / English communication skills are essential. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
Responsibilities
