Description

District Enforcement work in close partnership with many Local Authorities across the UK and are now looking for outstanding individuals to work as part of our growing team of Environmental Enforcement Officers.
Environmental Enforcement Officers are given designated powers whilst they carry out foot patrols across a geographical area, When witnessing offences such as Littering or Dog Fouling, are required to issue a Fixed Penalty Notice to the offender.
The type of person we are looking for;

· You possess basic IT skills
· You hold GCSEs in Mathematics and English (or equivalent NVQ)
· You are highly self-motivated
· You hold a full UK Driving Licence (desired)
We are actively recruiting for Full Time positions which are 40 hours per week with a rolling rota in place to assist on weekend working. Further details will be provided at the interview.
Our Environmental Enforcement Officers must be able to carry out patrols on foot and be able to patrol in all weather conditions.
Whilst Law Enforcement or similar experience is useful, it isn’t essential as we provide great training delivered through a combination of office based learning and successful applicants working alongside experienced officers. This will compliment your existing skills and make you an excellent Environmental Enforcement Officer.
Please note that all successful candidates will go through a DBS check prior to the commencement of employment and will also have to provide satisfactory references.
Full-time Salary: £27040.00 per annum
