Job Description Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in line with ADNOC and regulatory requirements. Conduct environmental inspections, monitoring, and audits at site. Preparation of GHG reduction Plan and implementation. Waste Management and Bolisity management Ensure compliance with waste management, spill prevention, emissions, and wastewater controls. Carry out environmental risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures. Investigate environmental incidents and support corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and submit environmental reports, records, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities on environmental matters. Promote environmental awareness and support sustainability initiatives at site. Qualifications Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science or related discipline. 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects. NEBOSH Environmental / ISO 14001 certification (preferred). ADNOC Approval is highly preferred Additional Information Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of ADNOC environmental standards and UAE regulations. Understanding of Oil & Gas construction and operational environmental risks. Strong reporting, inspection, and compliance monitoring skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
