We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading manufacturing and logistics company in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement all EHS programs and compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Deliver and oversee health and safety training for employees and contractors
  • Lead environmental initiatives including waste management and reporting
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and continuous improvement plans
  • Oversee WSIB claims, clearance letters, and related documentation

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA and Ontario safety regulations
  • Proven experience with audits, compliance reporting, and training delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with EHS management systems is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
