Responsibilities
  • You will serve as one of the Lead EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team members by conducting monthly training sessions, audits, and meetings to promote awareness and continuous improvement.
  • You will investigate workplace incidents using root-cause analysis tools to identify underlying causes and implement robust corrective and preventive measures. Share lessons-learned across the business.
  • Perform risk assessments of workplace ergonomics, equipment, process safety, and operational processes to identify and mitigate potential hazards to personnel, facilities, and the environment.
  • Design and implement safety programs, including training classes, standard operating procedures, and policies that support 24/7 production operations.
  • You will enjoy working on the production floor by performing regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of safety initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You have proven capability of developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • You have experience with promoting a culture of safety through behavioral based safety programs and techniques.
  • Design and execute small to medium scale safety improvement projects around the plant by utilizing your technical background.
