DISCO Corporation’s U.S affiliate, DISCO Hi-Tec America, Inc. (DHA), is looking for an Office Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join the expanding team in our San Jose office.
Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist
Location: San Jose, California
Salary: 60K-70K per year

TRAINING & EDUCATION

• Develop and deliver safety training for employees and supervisors (classroom, toolbox talks, and hands-on sessions).
• Maintain training records and ensure employee certifications remain current.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3–5 years of professional safety experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and other relevant safety regulations.
