As we continue to expand, we are currently hiring for several positions, including an Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality Manager. The successful candidate will become part of our successful team and will work on a variety of projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Maintain Health and Safety management systems across sites.
· Manage audits and maintain compliance for Safe T Cert
· Completing Risk Assessments Method Statement and implementation of control measures.
· Develop and deliver Health & Safety training programmes and inductions to employees.
· Management of incidents/accidents, ensuring proper investigation and follow-up while working closely with the Management Team.
· Develop and implement site-specific emergency response plans.
· Ensuring compliance with relevant Irish health and safety legislation, conducting regular audits and inspections, and reporting on safety performance.
· Developing SOP’s for Company procedures.
· Maintain accurate records for training, inspections, incident reports and audits.
· Ensure a positive safety culture throughout the Company through communication and engagement with employees and assist the senior site management to manage and reduce safety concerns.
· Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety and company guidelines are followed
· Ensure all site personnel comply with safety and company regulations
· Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, on-site training, and safety programs.
· Organise and lead safety meetings.
· Maintain and assess sub-contractor insurance, safety policies, and method statements.
· Carry out site inspections and report on any defects
· Implement Plans / Strategies to improve H&S
· Manage Quality Program
· Assist in accident and incident investigations, helping to reduce workplace injuries and improve safety measures.
· Implement and improve environmental strategy

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· A recognised third-level qualification in Health & Safety, minimum level 7 (essential).
· Strong knowledge of Ireland’s Health and Safety regulations.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent report writing skills.
· Ability to deliver health and safety training modules to all levels of the organisation.
· Willingness to Travel
