Description
Proactively manage Incident investigation and root cause analysis Leads and supports ICAM investigations to ensure learnings are captured and systemic risks are addressed. Actively participate in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 management system audit. Ensure that all managers and personnel are appropriately trained and proficient in their health, safety and environmental requirements. Maintain and manage relationships with customers and ensure “clearance” requirements to allow access to specific sites. Manage and direct contractors in achieving EHS targets & objectives. Facilitate risk assessment at ANZ Sales and Service locations to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Works with functional managers and supervisors to address EHS risks. Lead efforts to ensure that key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis Implement strategies to prevent and minimise workplace fatality, injury, disease and ill health Manage injuries and workers compensation claim (with HR) Lead site workplace inspections and risk assessments to detect existing or potential risks in health, safety, environmental and initiate appropriate preventative measures and corrective actions. At least 5 years of experience as an EHS Business Partner, consultant or advisor preferably in electrical, energy management or contractor management industry. Demonstrated experience in delivering and program management of EHS business practices. Strong understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Strong relationship and stakeholder management with the ability to work at all levels from senior leadership to field service personnel. Certificate in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent preferred.
