POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Engineer or Senior Engineer, you are a key member of the North & Central America (NCA) Environmental, Health and Safety Team, reporting to the Manager, Environmental Health & Safety.
You will contribute to the success of Ball by supporting and leading efforts to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, while driving continuous improvement in EHS programs and systems across the business.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS OR KNOWLEDGE:

• Professional certifications (e.g., P.E. CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• Experience negotiating with regulatory agencies.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental permitting and industrial hygiene.
• Familiarity with ANSI Z-10 and sustainability frameworks.
