Role Overview

As ESH Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop the ESH & Explosives team, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
  • Partner with business areas to deliver outcomes in safety, health, environment, and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement safety strategies, manage audit schedules, and forecast resources vs. growth requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on business development opportunities and targeted safety initiatives.
  • Lead the ESH Management system including compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001
  • Critical requirement: Proven experience in Critical Risk Management and/or programs.
