Partner with the best As Environmental Health & Safety Professional, you will be responsible for: Acting as subject-matter expert on HSE topics including emergency preparedness, safety risk assessments and safe working procedures. Implement BH HSE management system to Client Site taking in consideration Client HSE procedures and Local Legal Requirements. Put in place BH HSE Management procedures and maintain up to date documents. Participate/review to job safety analysis development for activities related to BH scope of work. Manage all levels of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for BH and subcontractor personnel Review and make sure that Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedure is applied prior to commence of each BH activity. Manage and plan certification process for all equipment under BH responsibility, highlighting when equipment is due re-certified Log and maintain all safety documents in preparation for audits Manage meeting with customer to review site safety requirements, certifications and relevant training. Apply same rhythm with subcontractors. Supporting HSE Toolbox talks. Supporting preparation and reporting on key metrics- Injury & Illness rate, concern reporting, STOP-work and environmental KPIs Scheduling and maintaining site inspections and identifying opportunities to continuously improve. Supporting and leading HSE investigations and implementing the learnings from the Root Cause Analysis. Maintaining Government HSE compliance with and reporting requirements and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures. Responsibilities
