求人内容＜採用ポジション＞環境・安全衛生管理スタッフ (Environmental Health & Safety) ＜職務内容＞環境・安全衛生（EHS）の専門家として、Western Digital のEHSプログラム、及び、法令順守に向けた取り組みをリードし、労働安全衛生、及び、環境に配慮した職場環境の構築するため、環境・安全衛生（EHS）活動を推進し、職場の安全文化を強化する取り組みを担当いただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通り。 EHS運用管理および労働安全衛生(OHS)プログラムの開発・維持・KPIの監視、事故防止プログラムの実施・機械安全やOHS関連設備の管理・人間工学プログラム、危険要因の特定、リスク評価の管理・防火防災プログラムに関する社内研修の実施 ERP（緊急対応プログラム）の統括・自衛消防隊、緊急時対応チームの運用・AEDの管理避難訓練の企画・実施・防火及び災害対応のための訓練を実施法令順守のための管理・EHS関連法令および当社基準の遵守のための対応資格＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞高専卒・大卒以上製造業等事業所においてEHS関連業務経験（2年以上）安全・衛生管理者資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する日本語でEHS関連の法規制や要求事項を理解し、適用できる能力を有する英語での文書・会話スキル（メール・資料作成において英語を使用、英会話はチーム内コミュニケーションが中心）＜あれば望ましいスキル＞理系（機械・安全工学、労働安全衛生、環境科学、化学など）の学位取得の方防火防災管理者資格や、防災士資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する。組織内で良好な関係を構築できる優れた調整力、コミュニケーション能力を有すること。自立して考え、自発的に業務を遂行できる。マルチタスク能力を有し、チームで協力して働くことが出来るその他の情報 Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
