GLAUKOS - ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING TECHNICAN Join a purpose-driven team advancing breakthrough ophthalmic medical devices and pharmaceuticals. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain the critical cleanroom environments that ensure product quality and protect patient safety – making a direct impact on the lives of individuals with vision-related conditions. How will you make an impact? You will support the manufacturing of innovative ophthalmic medical devices and pharmaceuticals by maintaining a compliant and well-controlled cleanroom environment. Through accurate environmental monitoring, data review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure product quality, patient safety, and continuous operational readiness. What will you do? Perform environmental monitoring (EM) sampling activities within ISO-classified cleanrooms Monitor and coordinate EM tasks to ensure timely, high-quality execution Enter, review, and assist with trending of EM data Support investigations by compiling and evaluating environmental data Review and approve Facilities Data Logs Oversee external contractors performing EM sampling Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Facilities on EM-related activities and improvements Assist with documentation, protocols, validations, and reports Adapt to changing priorities and other duties as assigned How will you get here? 0–2 years of relevant industry experience; manufacturing or production experience required High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Environmental monitoring experience preferred Understanding of cGMPs and ISO-classified environments (ISO 14644) Experience in a regulated industry, preferably FDA-regulated Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills (MS Office proficiency required) Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments Minimal travel required between San Clemente & Aliso Viejo campuses #GKOSUS
