Due to our continued growth and project pipeline, specially within the extractive and construction materials sector, there is an exciting opportunity an ambitious Planner with 1-5 years’ experience to join SLR’s national Planning team in Melbourne . This is a full-time position where you will be working with a supportive team of Planning professionals who are leaders in their field.
Our APAC Planning team is made up of a group of highly skilled statutory and environmental planners with an enthusiastic approach to life and work, who enjoy the exposure to a national project pipeline. In this role you will be working with not only the planning team, but also our highly reputable industry experts who will be on call to mentor, providing opportunities to advance your career.
You’ll receive technical development day to day, while also providing the opportunity to be part of a structured career development program. Whether you’ve recently started your career or are a few years down the track and looking to take the next step in the industry, this accelerative opportunity is the one for you.
You will be provided the opportunity to work independently, from project inception through to approval, on small scale projects as well as being part of larger, multi-discipline teams working on more complex projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the National Planning team in SLR, you will be responsible for carrying out services that range from;
