Terracon’s 10-state Rocky Mountain Division is seeking an experienced Environmental Planning Program Manager to lead our expanding Environmental Planning and Permitting (EPP) practice. With over 25 years of service in the region, our environmental planning team supports clients across sectors such as power generation and transmission (including renewables), transportation and infrastructure, and commercial development. Our services include wetland and waters of the U.S. delineation and permitting, threatened and endangered species (T&E) assessments, cultural resource management, and NEPA compliance studies.
We are actively pursuing larger, more complex NEPA projects, our portfolio also includes a significant number of small- and medium-scale projects. We welcome candidates with a range of project experience who are eager to lead and grow with us

As the EPP Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Rocky Mountain Division’s Senior Vice President of Operations, the Western Operating Group’s Environmental Service Line Director, and Terracon’s National EPP Practice Leader to shape and execute a strategic growth plan. You will lead a dynamic team of environmental planning professionals—recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent—while driving business development and expanding our service offerings and client base.Location & Flexibility: This hybrid position may be based out of any of the following Terracon offices: Phoenix, Tucson, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Boise, Fort Collins, or Denver.

Terracon anticipates paying $119,000 to $140,000 within the salary range for this position.
