Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

We have an exciting opportunity for Environment Project Coordinator who will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the implementation of the IATA IEnvA (environmental management system) across our operations.
This role requires a genuine interest in the environment and sustainability, as well as some expertise/experience of environmental regulations, environmental management, sustainability strategies, and project management.
This position is a 12-Month Secondment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and maintain the IEnvA documentation and materials, as required.
  • Support stations to implement IEnvA including assessment of environmental impacts.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate training attendance for key stakeholders.
  • Guide stations through successful certification.
  • Work with teams around our global network and external stakeholder including IATA, airports and airlines.
  • Ensure alignment with environmental regulations, aviation industry standards, and corporate sustainability objectives.
