Environmental Projects/Warehouse Operative Department: Stores Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Cork Description Our water services business focuses on services and materials to large industrial and municipal customers. We look at traditional water and wastewater services and endeavour to provide a more environmentally sustainable option. We offer solutions to reducing water/wastewater usage and chemical inputs and outputs. We are looking for someone to assist us in supporting the water services business in our warehouse operations and in environmental field/projects operations. Reporting to the Water Services Facilities and Operations Manager, responsibilities in this varied role will include production of a range of chemical products in accordance with SOPs as effectively as possible in a safe and responsible manner and includes: Key Responsibilities To assist in the delivery of offsite projects including: hydrometric (river) surveys, landfill monitoring, waste water flow and load surveys. To coordinate wastewater sample collection for key customers. To gain a full understanding of the entire product range, in order to meet production specifications with support from onsite management. To liaise with production management as and when required and to escalate issues or problems as they arise. To report all faults encountered with equipment directly to site operation management team. To operate process equipment according to standard operating procedures. To process orders when required and ensure labels and associated paperwork is correct. To adhere to all company health and safety rules and procedures and proactively partake in the ‘’everyday a safe day’’ culture within Enva. To assist in the management of raw material chemical stock. #irishjobs Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1-3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
