These core tasks may be combined with site investigation and remediation studies, as well as collaboration in project management activities. At Arcadis, you will be part of a dynamic team characterized by technical excellence, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Role Accountabilities As an Accredited Risk Analyst, your primary focus will be conducting Quantitative Risk Assessments in accordance with the Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA) methodology, adhering to both regional and national guidelines, and under ISO 17020 standard accreditation. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing key findings from investigation campaigns and contributing to the development of the Conceptual Site Model in collaboration with the investigation team. Identifying main risk scenarios applicable to each site. Evaluating technical databases and site-specific information to define critical input parameters, including exposure features, toxicological data, exposure concentrations, and geological and hydrogeological data. Applying specialized software such as RBCA Toolkit, RISC 5, or similar analytical tools to support risk assessment processes. Collaborating with other team members to review assessment results and define actionable conclusions. Designing and executing advanced (Tier 3) studies, which may include fieldwork as required. Preparing technical reports that meet regulatory requirements. While the core responsibility will be quantitative risk analysis, you may also be involved in other project activities, such as supporting investigation and remediation projects—including data review and report preparation. For specific projects, participation in fieldwork may also be required. Qualifications & Experience To succeed in this role, you should bring: A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical), Geology, or other environmental-related disciplines (e.g., Chemistry, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering).
