Role description: The ES&H Site Representative will provide part-time, on-site support for the drilling program at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The primary responsibility is to oversee and promote the highest level of safety and health standards while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and client requirements. The successful applicant is expected to be on site daily starting March 9, 2026, through approximately September 30, 2026. Role accountabilities: The successful candidate will be present on-site daily to monitor safety and health conditions, applying their knowledge of health and safety monitoring equipment to assess site hazards effectively. They will review Job Safety Analyses to verify that hazards are properly identified and controlled. The representative will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing Health and Safety plans and protocols tailored to the site activities. Leading daily safety meetings and other safety-related discussions will be a key responsibility, alongside maintaining effective communication with the client and site personnel to promote a culture of safety. Additionally, the incumbent will prepare clear and concise Environmental Safety and Health reports on both a daily and weekly basis. The role also requires ensuring compliance with site security requirements and client standards at all times. Qualifications & Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of ten years of verifiable, applied safety and health experience, with at least three of those years as a full-time safety professional within the construction industry. Candidates should demonstrate experience using health and safety monitoring equipment and have a proven ability to review Job Safety Analyses effectively. Experience developing and implementing Health and Safety plans and protocols is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for leading safety meetings and engaging with clients. A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute daily to the Paducah site are required, along with the ability to clear Paducah DOE site security requirements. Why Arcadis?
