Job Description Business Development & Sales Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for environmental compliance and consultancy services. Promote services including environmental compliance audits, permitting, EIAs, monitoring programs, waste management, air/water quality, ESG, and sustainability advisory. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, regulators, consultants, and contractors. Act as the primary commercial and technical point of contact during pre-sales and proposal stages. Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams. Technical & Regulatory Support Provide technical input on environmental regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., KSA environmental regulation, NCEC, MEWA, international standards). Work closely with technical teams to define scopes of work, methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure proposed solutions meet client needs, regulatory expectations, and company quality standards. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities. Identify emerging opportunities related to industrial expansions, and sustainability initiatives. Support management with market insights, pipeline development, and sales forecasting. Internal Coordination Coordinate with operations, laboratories, and technical experts to ensure accurate costing and deliverable commitments. Ensure CRM systems and sales reports are maintained and up to date. Support continuous improvement of sales tools, proposals, and marketing materials. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Bio-Science Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications in environmental management or sustainability is an advantage. Experience 3–5 years of experience in environmental consultancy, compliance, testing, inspection, or engineering services, with a strong sales or business development component in Saudi Arabia. Proven experience in selling environmental compliance and advisory services to industrial, infrastructure, energy, or governmental clients. Additional Information Good verbal and written Arabic & English communication skills are essential. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
