Position summary: JMT of New York is seeking an Environmental Science/Geology/Environmental Engineering Intern who will be responsible for supporting and contributing to various environmental site assessments and permit applications. Primary activities will be to tabulate and analyze data; perform calculations; perform field sampling and data collection tasks; support engineering design tasks; create map products; and assist in report preparation. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. The hourly rate associated with this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hourly, which is based on education level.  Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Assemble data and research * Collect field data * Enter data into systems * Assist with administrative duties * Evaluate equipment and material * Maintain accurate and current project documentation Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
