Environmental or Senior Environmental Advisor Narrogin Wind Farm 160km’s South of Perth UGL is a leader in Australia’s energy transition, delivering large scale solar, wind and battery projects end to end across Australia. This role sits within our New Energy portfolio, supporting the delivery of these major renewable infrastructure projects. The first project you’ll join is the Narrogin Wind Farm, located approximately 160km south east of Perth. The Narrogin Wind Farm is a major renewable energy development in Western Australia, delivering approximately 200 MW of capacity and will play a key role in WA’s energy transition. About the role As an Environmental Advisor, you’ll support site delivery on a largescale renewable energy project, ensuring environmental compliance is maintained across all construction activities. You’ll work closely with project teams, contractors and supervisors. This role is hands‑on with a strong focus on environmental risk management, documentation, site inspections and supporting environmentally responsible work practices in line with UGL’s Environmental Management System. Key responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day environmental support across site activities. Support implementation of Construction Environmental Management Plans and related procedures. Conduct environmental site walks and inspections, identifying risks and improvement actions. Assist with environmental incidents, investigations and corrective actions. Shape your career with an Individual Development Plan. About you Experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, energy, utilities, mining or similar high-risk environment. Comfortable working FIFO on a 10/4 roster. Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent. Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused. Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance.
