Job Description What You'll Do: Support the Director of EVS in all housekeeping and laundry operations to meet cleanliness and safety standards Lead, train, and coach day shift staff, fostering engagement and accountability Ensure compliance with hospital infection prevention protocols and Forefront Healthcare policies Collaborate closely with clinical departments and hospital leadership to align goals Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting Manage departmental records and documentation as required Participate in audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives Promote a positive and professional work environment focused on patient-centered care Position Information: Location: Baptist East - Montgomery, AL Type: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt Salary: $$65,000-$70,000/yr Schedule: AM Shift, with some weekends and occasional holidays Why You'll Love Leading With Us: Make an Impact: Manage day shift EVS operations that directly support patient satisfaction, infection prevention, and operational excellence.
