This role is essential in supporting MCHC staff and patients by ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, desktops, countertops, doorknobs, restrooms, floors, and shared equipment. Remove trash and maintain common areas, conference rooms, and staff workspaces. Perform light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Ensure staff and patient safety by responding to spills, removing hazards, and reporting concerns. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to staff requests. Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient and staff information. Requirements 1+ year of experience in a healthcare environment or similar cleaning role. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED. Responsibilities

The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting various surfaces, equipment, and restrooms, as well as removing trash and maintaining common areas to ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained for staff and patients. This role also includes performing light maintenance, responding to spills, and providing prompt customer service to staff requests.
