CentraCare Monticello Hospital is looking for dedicated individuals to join our esteemed Environmental Services/Housekeeping team. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, directly contributing to the quality of healthcare we provide. This is a fast-paced position. Main Responsibilities: * Clean patient rooms and common areas within the hospital, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. * Interact courteously and professionally with patients and visitors while performing cleaning duties. * Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms upon discharge. * Handle cleaning chemicals and manage cleanup of bodily fluids safely and effectively.   Schedule: * Part-time 24 hours every two weeks * Variable days during the week; shifts are from 5pm-9pm   * Occasional weekends and holidays   Pay and Benefits: * Starting pay is $17.46 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. * Pay range: $17.46 - $26.41 per hour * Benefits include vacation accrual and employee discounts.     Qualifications:  * Basic computer knowledge. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in reading and communicating effectively in English. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.    CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
