Position details:
Facility: Morton Plant Hospital
Location: Clearwater, FL
Status: Full Time
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM including every other weekend

As an Environmental Services Coordinator team member, you will:

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Environmental Services team
• Observe the quality of Environmental Services team members by conducting weekly inspections of areas of responsibility
• Maintain records of special cleaning, floor and other projects
• Communicate with customers to resolve problems and support team members
• Coordinate Tele tracking to ensure prompt completion of discharge cleaning
• Organize the receiving and storing of supplies to meet service requirements
• Serve as a departmental liaison for all internal and external customers
• In emergencies, perform all aspects of the environmental services positions

Qualifications:

• Required experience is 1 year in a Lead/Supervisor role or 6 months in a BayCare Environmental Services Technician Senior position.
• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
• Preferred Associate’s Degree
• Preferred certification includes CHEST
