POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation operations. This position ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while promoting a high standard of cleanliness throughout our facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental services leadership, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Lead and supervise environmental services staff.
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards.
• Manage departmental budget, supplies, and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments to promptly address environmental needs.
• Serve as the facility’s point of contact during inspections.
• Support emergency preparedness and infection prevention measures.
