Job Details Job Location: Parks Office Building - The Woodlands, TX 77381 Position Type: Seasonal Education Level: None Salary Range: $12.77 - $12.77 Hourly Job Shift: Day Job Category: Entry Level Part-time Temporary Position March 2026 through May 2026 (approximately 12 weeks) or until completion of project. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon) Number of days worked per week may vary as project nears completion Summary of Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Environmental Services Education Coordinator, the Cart Tagger is responsible for attaching educational cart tags on recycling carts of all single family residences in The Woodlands. Some interaction with residents may occur in which case the staff will present information about the recycling program and proper solid waste collection guidelines. This is a temporary seasonal position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares materials for tagging. Attaches cart tags to carts or door handles at all single-family residences on a specified route. Provides education about solid waste and recycling guidelines if solicited by resident. Logs route completion and other applicable data at end of shift. Utilize personal vehicle for work-related duties. Reimbursement for mileage will be provided. Safety-Sensitive: This position is a safety sensitive position and is subject to random drug testing.
