While you make a difference in the daily lives of our residents, we support you with competitive market wages and help guide you along your career path.   Summary: The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor manages all housekeeping and laundry operations of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.  They schedule and direct staff, order supplies,  guide infection control measures, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities * Operations: Directing housekeeping and laundry staff, scheduling, managing supplies, and ensuring efficient daily operations. * Environment: Maintaining cleanliness, order, and attractiveness of the facility, focusing on resident living spaces. * Safety & Infection Control: Implementing and enforcing strict infection control procedures * Staff Management: Scheduling, training, leading, motivating, and supervising housekeeping and laundry departments. * Resident Focus: Ensuring high customer service and a positive experience for residents through a clean environment. * Collaboration: Working with other department leaders to coordinate efforts. Qualifications: * Supervisory experience in healthcare (nursing home, long-term care). * Knowledge of infection control in housekeeping. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture. Schedule: full-time. Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00, with weekend availability as needed dependent on facility operations   Pay: $65,000+/yr DOE
