We are hiring an experienced Environmental Service Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our facility. This role ensures that all EVS staff maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in environmental services or housekeeping
• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Supervise and schedule EVS staff including housekeepers, custodians, and floor technicians
• Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train and mentor staff on cleaning procedures, chemical use, and safety protocols
• Maintain inventory and order necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond to maintenance or housekeeping requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies
• Prepare reports and communicate staffing or performance issues to management
