Responsibilities

Reporting to the Account Manager your role is to manage and maintain the company’s portfolio of existing and new clients as well as generating new business leads. Your main duties include:

  • Water Sampling & Testing: Perform regular water sampling and temperature checks to monitor the safety and hygiene of water systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Chlorination & Disinfection: Carry out chlorination and other disinfection processes on water systems to maintain water quality and prevent contamination.
  • Remedial Works Management: Oversee and execute necessary remedial works on water systems, including plumbing repairs, to reduce risks associated with legionella and poor water hygiene.
  • Data Recording & Analysis: Accurately document and analyze data from water system inspections and treatments, using the information to inform decisions and produce detailed reports
  • Technical Support & Guidance: Provide advice on legionella control and water hygiene, supporting customers in maintaining safe water systems.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with Houseman’s LCA Compliance and procedures, keeping them updated to reflect current regulations and best practices in water hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with the office, Account Managers and external subcontractors to coordinate works and ensure timely completion of water hygiene tasks.
  • Utilize IT systems and mobile devices to perform tasks efficiently, compile reports, and manage data related to water system safety.
  • Uphold and promote health and safety and risk management in all activities, ensuring a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
