Conduct skills assessments, audits, and refresher training to identify areas for training improvement, and promote continuous improvement. Manage training curriculum, training schedules, delivery methods, and performance. Collaborate with leaders inside and outside the department to develop and integrate training needs and performance gaps. Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a positive and purposeful work environment. Respond to requests for professional information or advice, referring to complex matters to leadership. Mentor staff as appropriate. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, or Quality Assurance Specialist. Licensure: None. Certification: None. Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Experience: 5 or more years of experience as a Training Manager or experience teaching quality assurance preferably within a healthcare setting. Licensure: None. Certification: None.
