To help the world get to net zero, we must decarbonise the life of steel – from mining to manufacturing. To deal with this challenge, we need great people to help us.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a positive impact on people, communities and our planet.

The team leads stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure transparent and meaningful dialogue with investors, regulators, NGOs, and internal stakeholders. It is responsible for conducting double materiality assessments to identify and prioritise ESG issues that are financially and societally significant.
The team develops and maintains ESG-related policies and strategies aligned with global frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It oversees the preparation and assurance of sustainability disclosures, ensuring consistency, credibility, and compliance across integrated and standalone reports. Through cross-functional collaboration, the team drives continuous improvement in ESG performance and reporting quality.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Environmental Specialist to join our Sustainable Development team in London. This role will focus on advancing our work in biodiversity and ecosystems, aligning with ESRS E4 and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) frameworks.
