You will serve as a strategic partner across the enterprise, collaborating with Supply Chain, Research & Advanced Engineering (R&A), and global workstreams to integrate sustainability into our operations. Your work will span the entire lifecycle of our products—from the sustainable sourcing of materials to the delivery of complex Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) that meet evolving global regulations and customer expectations. We are looking for a candidate who balances technical rigor with a mindset for innovation. Whether it’s benchmarking industry leaders or exploring how AI can automate ESG data management, you will be empowered to find efficiencies that allow our team to focus on what matters most: accelerating Ford’s transition to a sustainable, circular economy. This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.
