What can you expect to be doing in this role? * Full Life Cycle High Volume Low Severity Claim resolution * Personal Lines Property & Small Commercial * Asbestos and Lead Surveys/Clearances * Mold and Moisture Surveys/Clearances * Project Monitoring * Indoor Air Quality Assessments * Field Investigations * Prepare technically accurate and timely reports * Produce letters and reports detailing the findings of your investigations * Provide expert opinion/evidence in court/arbitration concerning your written expert testimony * Provide advice/support to clients in environmental-related matters What we are looking for in you: * Previous experience in this field as an Environmental Technician/Specialist * Certifications in the following: * Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) * Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) - beneficial * Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) - beneficial * Highly motivated, positive, approachable, and proactive - you will be responsible for winning new clients as well as working on the referrals provided by Charles Taylor * Superb communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent command of English (written and spoken) with exceptional attention to detail
