How you'll make an impact Position Summary Performs fieldwork for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, and other Environmental Property Assessment Projects, such as Ambient Air Quality Monitoring, Natural Attenuation Monitoring , Underground/Above ground Tank Closure Assessments, Contaminated Source Removals, and Other Sub-surface Remediation Projects. Key Responsibilities Calibrate and operates various air, soil, and groundwater sampling equipment (such as OVA, peristaltic pumps, centrifugal pumps, stabilization meters, depth-to-groundwater) and interprets results of direct-read instruments and lab analysis data. Compiles assessment materials to include field notes, instrument readings, lab analysis, photographic documentation, and site drawings. May assist in producing reports based on company style guide and approach to methodologies. Assists with producing client deliverables and associated field data and photographic documentation. About You Required: High school diploma or commensurate + 2 years related experience. Required to survey/inspect client properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas climbing extended periods of walking/standing lifting/carrying 25+ pounds working in extreme weather conditions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. May require after-hour work, weekend work and some travel. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
