What You’ll Do Manage Federal and State wastewater discharge permits (NPDES, LPDES, TPDES, etc.) Prepare and submit compliance reports and regulatory documentation Develop and implement industrial and construction stormwater programs Prepare and train facility teams on Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) Design and manage compliance management systems Conduct on-site environmental compliance audits Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies Why WCM? Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: B.S. (or higher) in Engineering or a related scientific discipline 5+ years of environmental compliance experience Demonstrated experience with wastewater permitting and industrial stormwater compliance Strong working knowledge of Federal and State water quality regulations Experience managing projects and mentoring staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and strategic compliance planning abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse industries Professionalism and interpersonal skills to foster long-term client relationships

Responsibilities
