Platypus Environmental Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Environmental Works Supervisor to join our team based in Laverton North, with work across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. We’re a purpose-driven organisation committed to enhancing the natural environment through innovative, sustainable services in restoration, consulting, civil construction, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outdoor settings, has strong leadership and project management skills, and is ready to make a real impact in environmentally sensitive areas such as riparian, aquatic, bushland and terrestrial ecosystems.
As a key member of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for quoting, planning and delivering environmental projects, while supporting and leading field teams to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes. You’ll bring hands-on experience in ecological restoration, revegetation, wetland works and weed control, and will guide your team with integrity, care, and respect. With responsibilities spanning safety leadership, technical oversight, mentoring, and project delivery, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career while contributing meaningfully to environmental restoration.
