The post holder will be committed to creating a culture of continuous improvement and will work to improve the effectiveness of processes within the team as well as supporting improvement across the Trust. The post-holder will be responsible for coordinating EOC audit activities and carrying out No-Send and Clinical Tail audits to identify high risk incidents that require further investigation. We welcome applications from candidates who have experience of NHS processes, have a good standard of education and adequate experience of using Excel and other IT packages
