We are particularly seeking bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge and confident mixology skills to elevate our bar offering and mentor the team in high‑quality beverage service. Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include: Delivering exceptional bar and restaurant service in line with Accor’s service philosophy Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages confidently and consistently Leading shifts and supporting the smooth flow of service across the restaurant and bar Coaching and supporting team members to maintain high service standards Managing sections or outlets, ensuring efficient, guest‑focused operations Supporting events, conferences or high‑volume service periods Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment Whether you’re looking to step up into leadership or deepen your bar craft in a high‑quality hotel environment, we’d love to hear from you.
