About the role We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational management of our Auto Glass business. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day management of the RACQ business, delivering outstanding customer service, driving business growth, and achieving key financial and operational targets. As Branch Manager, you will create and deliver value through effective leadership, continuous improvement, compliance management, and a strong focus on profitability. You will play a pivotal role in managing windscreen revenue, gross profit, and EBIT performance while ensuring exceptional service outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and management of the Auto Glass business. Oversee day-to-day RACQ operational activities and service delivery. Drive exceptional customer service standards and exceed performance benchmarks. Manage branch profitability, including revenue, gross profit, and EBIT targets. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, procedures, and operational standards. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence. Monitor and report on key business performance indicators. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and promote a customer-first culture. About you You are a motivated and customer-focused leader with a proven ability to manage operations, lead teams, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving performance while maintaining high service standards. Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
