WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Developing ranges to establish the appropriate balance of Price, Volume, basics, quality, innovation and trend to deliver strong category growth.
• Ability to recognise and interpret trends and build ranges to ensure consistent brand handwriting.
• Using commercial skills, combined with the ability to analyse customer’s needs and research to effectively deliver long term strategic growth.
• Managing the end -to-end Critical Path process across functions to meet instore dates.
• Managing and using strategies to achieve the financial plans including sales, profit and stock turn.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

We’re looking for a driven, efficient and enthusiastic individual who will bring a curious mind-set and a passion for all things Women’s Fashion! You love delivering product, customers are always front of mind and building and managing relationships with a variety of key stakeholders is one of your strengths. We’d also love you to have:

• Extensive Buying experience combined with trend awareness (within Women’s Apparel is essential)
• Commercial focus working in a dynamic fast paced team.
