JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have a Field technician role based in regional South Australia.
The role will be based out of Berri supporting clients in and around areas including the Riverlands.
This role will require you to travel and a vehicle will be provided. To be successful the candidate would be required to pass a national Police check, working with children and aged in addition hold a full driver’s license.

  • Good teamwork with peers and company personnel.
  • Have a currant Australian drivers Licence.
  • And be able to pass the Company’s background check requirements. (including but not limited to National Police Check (NPC, Employment and drug screens.)
Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality desktop support to all types of users including at an executive level.
  • Initial set up and support of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.
  • Support users face to face.
  • Complete routine maintenance of standard hardware such as laptops/mobile devices.
  • Accurately manage and track business assets, requests, and incidents.
  • Prioritise new support requests and existing work orders.
  • Record and maintain accurate service details, time records and job notes.
  • Maintain awareness and active involvement in safety to prevent injuries to yourself, colleagues, and customers.
  • Work within the time limits as assigned for specific tasks.
